No that was a guess from the licensenumber AA 2886, the series with A reached the limit in the beginning of 1956 so they began a new series beginning with AA. A-AA-AB was for cars registered in Stockholm city, B-BA-BB for the surrounding areas of Stockholm. This only gives a hint since the numbers were recycled frequently, and after checking I found out that AA 2886 was carried by a 1954 Singer during 1957 (I have a book with all the licensenumbers in the Stockholm area for 1957, giving the make and modelyear of the car + the owners name and adress. Unfortunately the bikes are not included) The film is made 1958 so this bus have received the licensenumber after the Singer, it could thus be a 1957-58 model if it was new or it can be older if it came from some other part of the country. About the semaphores, as far as I know they were kept on both the Limousines and the Transporters up til 1959.
