1973 or 1974 base Torino....same front end those two years and we don't see the back end in this image to distinguish which. |

[quote=Explorer4X4]In backround(fromt left to right): Volkswagen Bus/early Ford Econoline, Ford LTD Wagon/Plymouth Fury Suburban and a white Cadillac DeVille.[/quo Mid ''70s Volkswagen Bus, You can tell by the larger air intakes, The '68 to '72 models had smaller, crescent shaped intakes, And the white Cadillac is DEFINITELY NOT a De Ville!!!! It's a 1974, '75 or '76 Fleetwood 60 Special Brougham, That style was introduced in '71 and was manufactured until '76 when Silver Streek was made, Sedan De Villes of that era did not have individual cutout openings for their door windows, They looked a lot more like the '71 to '76 Chevy Caprice, Pontiac Bonneville, Buick Electra 225 and Oldsmobile Ninety Eight sedans, To see what a 1971-'76 Sedan De Ville looks like, Type in "License To Drive" and click on the image that says 1972 Cadillac Sedan De Ville, Then you'll realize your mistake, And I don't think that station wagon is a Plymouth Fury Suburban either, It's probably a '62 or ' 63 Ford Galaxie Counttry Squire, Ford didn't base the Country Squire on the LTD Until '68. |
