G-MANN ◊ 2006-04-25 21:53	The Hummer rams into this three-wheeled thing and a yellow Ford during the chase using them to knock down a telegraph pole creating a barrier. Does this still mean it is a background vehicle, or should it have two stars?

antp ◊ 2006-04-25 22:12	If the vehicle was not moving, I usually consider it as a "background vehicle", as it is part of the background elements like trashes, poles, and other things that can be destroyed by the cars
