Yes , a 1927 Lincoln 5 passenger sedan. It is not the factory standard sedan ( those had a forward sloping windshield with triangular front side windows and rear suicide doors)but coachwork ?

It has a driver division, therefore I would say it is a limousine and not a sedan.

I cannot say that it is correct but this picture is identified as a 1922 Lincoln? (with a non-sloping windshield)....

Source, is the last entry here.... http://www.autogallery.org.ru/lincoln.htm

It also appears to be similar to the car in the movie "Chaplin" vehicle_32555-unknown.html

I am convinced about the year.
Only the front wings are slightly longer (closer to the bumper), more like those on the 1924 and later versions. Perhaps the car had an accident and new wings were put on.
