Studebaker Daytona as script appears on the front fender. |

It does not seem very common... first in wagon version on the site |

This could be a '64/'65 Daytona Wagonaire. www.westsidecruisers.com/Pictures/2004/20040704_4th_of_July,_Lillestroem/1964%20Studebaker%20Daytona%20Wagonaire.jpg www.examiner.com/x-34810-Philadelphia-Classic-Autos-Examiner~y2010m1d13-The-innovative-yet-practical-Studebaker-Wagonaire -- Last edit: 2010-05-14 19:19:22 |

This is a 1964 Daytona Wagonaire. Note dark insert in side trim, used only by '64 Daytonas. The '65's had a light colored insert, the same as the Cruiser. |

I have wanted one of these since I was a kid looking through the windows of the local Studebaker dealer. |

I thought the name is Lark Wagonaire? |

Not by 1964. Very early '64 advertising still mentioned the Lark name in connection with the Challengers and Commanders, but "Lark" nameplates never appeared anywhere on the cars themselves. (And even the early ads did not mention Lark in connection with the Daytonas and Cruisers.) |
