1967-1968. Can't tell what model. |

Looks more like 1968 (fine-mesh grille). "V" and crest on hood spell either "DeVille" or "Calais" series. Body style undistinguishable. |

I think it's look like an 1968 Cadillac de Ville by reason of the front grilles. |

But the grille doesn't reveal any specific 1968 Cadillac model! I'll make it a "Coupe" without any further specification, for that's all we can see. |

I was the owner of the Arctic blue 1968 DeVille convertible in the photo. I owned it from 1991 until 1997 including when the scene was shot. In the scene near the end of the movie Joe Pesci's character is driven to Sonny's wake. It got almost 30 seconds screen time. I sold it to a man in the champagne region of France. It was sad driving it to Port Newark, removing the plates and walking away. I sold it because I traded up to the San Mateo red '68 seen in the Sopranos (episode 3.3), a Java J-Run magazine ad, McDonalds and Wendy's TV commercials and in the video "Rapper's Delight." Obviously, I really like '68 Caddys-I've owned five of them. They are a great driving car. I've driven the red one coast to coast. She really loves those higher Western speed limits. |
