Its a 56 Ford. Notice the front windshield pillars, Straight up and down, 56 was the only year for this body style with straight pillars. |

This is a 1953, the verticle line you see in the pic is a vent window trim, the A pillar is slanted, Please attempt to provide links to substantiate your claims. Thank you |

The car expert is correct... this is a '56. I've owned a '54 (same cab as '53) and a '56. The wrap-around windshield slants on a '56 (probably what firebird86 is seeing)... but the A pillar is vertical on the truck in this picture.
