and http://www.picturevehicles.com/ lists it as a 1984, but Ward LaFrance, which was based in Albany, NY; went out of business in 1979 and sold their leftover inventory to Middleboro, MA based Maxim Motor Company which used it (mostly the cabs) during 1979-1980. As of 2010 Ward LaFrance is now back in business, Maxim (which went out of business in 1990) is also back in business as of 2007. |
