The name of the company changed to Kaiser-Jeep from 1964 until 1969, the brand being then controlled by AMC in 1970 till 1987 (Renault since 1979) as AMC-Jeep. After 1987 the brand Jeep was controlled by Chrysler and designed as brand Jeep.
