Grill seems actually of a TR4 (type "coupe frite"), and I personnally don't see the indicator on the front wing but Bebert is right, position of overiders is matching with a TR4A not a TR4.... and that is an objective clue. I think we can leave it as TR4A.

It appears that two cars were used. The one in the main picture clearly is a TR4. Tell-tales are the grille, the hood emblem and of course the missing side strip and parking light. The one in the thumbnail looks more like a TR4A by position of the overriders. Also it seems to have the parking light/turn signal repeater on the fenders.
