1986+ for this generation in Australia. "Forward" name not used. FSR arrived first in 1986, followed by additional variants in 1987 (FTR/FTS/FVR), 1989 (FVM/FSS), and 1991 (FVZ). Apparently, these Isuzus were partially assembled in Australia (in Dandenong, VIC) from CKD kits, beginning in 1976 and finishing in 1993 and 1995 (for the N and F series, respectively).
