Proportions look correct and has some obscure details a replica builder wouldn't bother with (note slit on top of rear bumper for example, US and Swiss cars among few others had that, why would they care about that? US-spec lower rear plastic 'diaper', size of licence plate recess etc etc, small things). Looks like a Ferrari to me. Also I don't see any damage it's just some dirt over it.
