IIRC British Road Services was the only customer for Bristol commercial vehicles; Bristol was primarily a bus maker. |

I've looked at the film again, in case it was an optical illusion, but almost certainly the passenger's side headlamp appears to be higher than the driver's side. Probably to allow the foglight to be fitted between the headlamp and the bumper. |
