Yes, definitely a MAN F8 or one of its clones.

@mike962: wie willst Du herausfinden, ob MAN, ROMAN, ÖAF, RABA oder sonstwas? Ohne Grill-Emblem und ohne das Typenschild an der Tür geht das nicht.

As this would nothing more than throwing a coin, we should take the brand, which was most common in YU in the 80ies.

The RABA and Saviem can be excluded, by the grille. Roman seems had such grille trim in the "early years", later they removed this chromed (or alu) thing (well will not find english word) at the top in the middle, which was the most typical for MAN and its Austrian clones. Please note that after all Yugoslavia imported some Austrian vehicles and socilalist states traded in different way. In other words, when in Italy I would not expect OAF, then in Yugoslavia I wouldn't be surprised by one, but Roman is still in game too.

Some MANs from Yugoslavia: http://www.tovornjak.net/smf/index.php?topic=57.800
More heavy ones, but show they imported them, so in this case let's go with MAN. After all it is unknown since 4 years.
