Hello Guys This is my first post so please forgive me if I get it wrong, anyway I am very interested in Wesleys landrover Q126 JWX and would love to know what has happened to it. If anyone knows of its whereabouts It would be much appreciated. Cheers Paul |

Hello Paul and welcome. Our happy gang will no doubt help if we can (and we do have a couple of Landie fans but they have not been around muchrecently), but our normal routes tend to fizzle out when plate data suggests an early demise as DVLA above - do you know anything? |

Damn I was searching for some info on this one too, ie: why is it a Q plate, is it ex military? |

Is S3 black grille a dateable item?? As an S3 109", this should be older than 1988 plate info. |

A Q plate means the major components are of mixed/undeterminable age... For me, it's most likely someone cobbled it together from spares/repaired a heavily worn out vehicle, then got it reg'd. I suppose older documentation could also be lost - it was registered on that Q plate in the 80s! Ex Military vehicles seem to be well documented and get age related plates -- Last edit: 2020-08-28 16:43:55 |

Tieing in with lost documentation... Could've also been an unregistered farm vehicle to begin with, then presented for registation years later when original proof of purchase/age was lost?? I don't know if they could've got the age from the VIN though -- Last edit: 2020-08-28 16:56:58 |
