Not the Brazilian version?

I suppose it is modern replica.

Yes, looks plastic-ish.

At the back side you cannot see any Karmann Ghia-typical part.

According spanish wikipedia the Karmann Ghia [Typ 14] was produced in Brazil from 62 to 72

But as I know in the original shape. This thing on the pics is surely something plastic-made for newer times.

The picture its here, no brazilian version for Argentina. Directly from Germany in the 60's.

But this specific car looks more like a repro-kit...

Yes, but no brazilians here, for sure

 Which companies have offered Karmann Ghia-repro-kits or complete replica-cars?

Manages to look front-engined, whatever it actually is. No rear vents of any sort.

Here, i dont know. Its too strange this car (almost in Argentina excepto the imported in the 60's)

Whatever it is - it's for sure no authentic Karmann Ghia. With this small front air-intakes it should be a very early one (pre-1960 or 1961 or so).

It's probably not even a VW (I agree with dsl's impression), just something, where someone had put on a plastic Karmann-lookalike body-kit.
