Je pense à une Hudson de 1929.

Once again, the side lights suggest the year as 1928-29.

My guess is 1931 Lincoln L-Series 3-window sedan

I agree that its a Lincoln. Here is a 1929 that looks very similar: http://www.autogallery.org.ru/k/l/29linL4drsedan_HMN.jpg

I am not "absolutely" sure of my shoe size  but it looks like a lincoln circa 1930 to me.

Unfortunately my literature of cars from that period is thin and thus I went by an equally blurred pic in my 2002 edition of the Encylopedia of American Cars. The bumper/grille and general 'architecture' of the car does match the 1931 Lincoln L. Unfortunately I am unable to compare any minor details to absolutely verify this. But I'd say it is a pretty educated guess.

I still don't think it's a Lincoln. Enthusiasts at the antique car club guess it's a 1929 Buick or La Salle.

I have had a further look at this one .Absolutely not a Lincoln. It is definitely a Hudson Super Six Town Sedan of 1929 as initially posted by Winger93 ( congratulations! The first reactions are often the good ones). The two blade bumper with the lower blade incurved in the middle and its three vertical connecting overriders are Hudson. The straight plate behind the bumper, straight headlamp bracket and triangular make logo on the grille as well as the belt line enclosing door handles are also Hudson Super Six.This is the shorter wheelbase car of 122 inch.It has the wire wheels rather than the wooden spoke wheels.

Thanks Pilou. This Hudson buzzled me for a long time.
