Yes I believe so and the thumbnail with the London street scene looks to have a genuine 1931 Austin Taxi registration but the VU series is for Manchester not London and it was probably filmed in the USA.

The USA taxi is likely to be the same as VU8765 filmed in 1942 in the USA also. The appearance of the taxicab looks the same without the folding landaulette roof, however views of the left side are not seen.

This one is probably 'GH 2362' again seen also in Royal Wedding 1951, Random Harvest 1942, and likely in The Paradine Case 1947 also.
