This is not a V12.It is a Packard Big Eight of the seventh series ( identifiable by the oval bumper blades and grille guard) , 1930, Model 740 Custom Phaeton.There were no 12 cylinders in 1930.Those were re-introduced in the eight series line in june of 1931.
