The ordinary Hillman Imp deluxe was sold in US 1963-7 as the Sunbeam Imp Sports Sedan (but was not a go-faster version). Some unsold stock apparently went to Canada in late 67 as cost of modifying to meet new 68 safety requirements was too high. |

Interesting, always badged in the UK as Hillman Imp or Sunbeam Stiletto. Never Sunbeam Imp. Weird. |

For some reason Sunbeam was used for some export markets, I remember seeing a Sunbeam badged Avenger on Rhodes in 1994. |
