This car belongs to Benny Fazio (Max Casella) and appeared in episodes 5.4 "All Happy Families" and 5.13 "All Due Respect". I don't know if the IROC-Z really existed in this generation of Camaro, it might just have IROC-Z stickers and nothing else.
