Or is it a rare Uno CS Van? Can't see if has the clamshell hood.. |

For now I'm listing it as Van to split from the others. In early range we didn't get a Van version of the Uno (which came later with the CS, and then with the second series) but I know some other countries did. This could be either a foreign market version, possibly requested by some company, or a custom one. |

Update on this, it seems that Moretti did some semi-official van conversion on first series Uno:![]() |

The Moretti conversion is based on the S. This one has got amber repeaters (could be replaced, anyway ![]() Not a CS by the fuel cap on the right (Brazilian Unos have it on the left) In some markets, an official (or maybe not?) Van model has been marketed https://www.flickr.com/photos/121263512@N04/18659243632 |

Yes, I know, anyway was not unusual to outsorce low-volume or particular versions to coachbuilders or such ![]() ![]() This one looks a road agency car, so unlikely they sourced an export model, and maybe also a coachbuild one ![]() |

Then maybe they ordered a conversion directly to Fiat, who could have in turn commissioned it to some external coachbuilder ![]() Something similar should have happened with the first panel van conversion of the Panda, ordered by the state-owned phone company and commissioned by Fiat to Maggiora, before becoming a regularly sold model -- Last edit: 2023-11-14 08:43:03 |

Indeed finally I've found an image of the Maggiora conversion and it seems to match: https://giurally.it/wp-content/uploads/2023/11/c-uno-maggiora.png Like the Panda, it seems that the "official" Van conversion was indeed realized by Maggiora, and there were at least another one by Moretti. |
