Hecubus 2006-03-16 05:29	Weird that he's driving a brand-new Mondeo in a chase. On the other hand, in a View To a Kill, Bond drove a couple average cars (that Renault that got split in half, and a Ford LTD, to name a couple).

modell 2007-03-06 02:13	I don't see anything wrong with Bond driving this car, as it is only featured briefly. At least he's not driving a Tempo. And the product placement wasn't as prominent in this Bond film compared to some of the previous ones, I think.

I like ordinary sedans and some hatchbacks (this for one). I´m actually thinking about bying one of these, but I guess they are pretty expensive, right?

quiksilver 2008-03-25 11:35	In an interview about the film Daniel Craig said it was one of the prototypes and worth more than all the Aston Martins in the film and he was ordered to be extra careful with it. As they only had one any damage would have had to be repaired or avoided in the shot. That is probably why you only see it carefully driving along. As a car it is probably more realistically what you would expect a spy to drive in the real world!
