This car is a custom built 1974 Cadillac Fleetwood Series 75. The reason it was built with the front glass and all of the front roof removed was so that the driver (who is seated in the rear compartment) can see out the partition glass to drive. It was designed specifically to have the illusion that the monkey (or child or dog or whatever) is driving, and to hide the fact that the driver is actually in the BACK SEAT. I've seen this car... It's pretty cool!!!
