I suspect this footage might be from "The Red Green Show," famous for its extensive use of the "handyman's secret weapon" (duct tape). |

This is NOT Adventures with Bill, but Handyman Corner. Mythbusters just made it black and white. Source video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EnmHhQsaheA at 7:27 For some reason, the wood van went from a Dodge to a Plymouth. The 1984 van here is a Dodge Caravan, not voyager. The grill is dodge. The source video gives you a better view, and also shows a painted rear window. The reason for the painted window is that they used a Dodge Caravan C/V rear for the short van made from the leftover part of the wood Voyager. The back pickup portion is a Ford Ranger. -- Last edit: 2013-04-01 05:42:48 |

It is, in fact, from The Red Green Show. Looks like it may have been in the Adventures With Bill segment. |

As mentioned above, it's Handyman Corner, not Adventures with Bill. Starts around 7:30 in the link above. The gray van starts out as a 1984-86 Plymouth Voyager with the rear windows painted to look like a Mini Ram or Caravan C/V. The white woody is a 1987-90 Dodge Grand Caravan. Once everything is duct-taped together, the gray van is a 1984-85 Dodge Mini Ram Van and the woody is a 1987-90 Plymouth Grand Voyager. -- Last edit: 2015-03-25 13:20:09 |
