'98-'02 model. I apologize for my absence for the last few days. But I have a question for any of you admins: Is what we do here considered a "chat room"? The way the sites layed out, with all the commenting and such? The reason I ask, is because I am dealing with alot of legal issues right now, and have been been banned from "chat rooms" by court. |

Not really, these are just comments left on pages of a site. A chat room is usually much more dynamic, i.e. realtime discussion. But I do not know what is the legal definition of a "chat room"  |
