However I would say it is a Tucker Sno-Cat Model 443. They came with two tracks and skis or with four tracks.

I thought so to.! (THanks.!) ..this is my first time back on the site for two days ...Lots of problems trying to get to the IMCDB site.! ..anyway..here at last.! ;)
