Seems to be an A or AZ 1958-60 because chrome line on the bonnet is missing, but the hard boot was on AZL only ... maybe a trim level from Citroen-Belgium ? |

Good spot, Jean-Marc. Since 1955 we had a version called AZC (AZ Commerciale) with a frame behind the fabric boortil and rear window (so it became a hatchback likde teh French ENAC versions). In 1960 and 1961 it had the (French) metal bootlid, still with the interior frame around the rear window. Since the 2CV shown here still has the old front tihis will be a 1960 (only) AZC, built in Belgium (cf the light grey headlights), made for NL (cf the larger distance between the separate license plate light holders on the rear). |
