Well it's not a LeBaron. I can tell you that. I think it's a Crown, as they seemed to be the most popular Imperials sales wise that year. |

The Crown and Custom 4-doors sold in similar numbers (4129 Customs vs. 4769 Crowns). This one has the stainless steel roof inserts above the windows; I hoped that might be a clue but they were apparently offered on both series. The Crown has an extra little crown badge next to the Imperial script on the front fender, but that area can't be seen clearly enough in the provided images. |

Great thumbnail #1! I wonder if an Imperial, Cadillac and Lincoln ever appeared together in a movie scene other than this one? Wonderful collection of period cars! |
