It certainly looks like a Holsman but with that higher front box it is 1908-10 - 1910 was the last year for Holsman. It is interesting that the link is to a movie about the electric car. The Holsman was a gasoline driven car not an electric.

I don't think it is a Holsman - I looked at them online and none had a box like this, all their front ends were rectangular. This might explain why it was in Who Killed The Electric Car? because it is a different make - that used electricity as a driving force.

The Victor Automobile Company of St. Louis, Missouri was the only other company producing electric highwheelers, but this is not one of them as they lasted much shorter and were therefore much rarer.
