No writing on the front fenders: 1963+. In France it would be (because of the extra chromes) a 1963 or 1966 Dauphine Gordini, or 1964/65 Dauphine Export. As far as I know in Belgium the Export was called De Luxe. The indicator repeater on the front fender is different from the French built Dauphines, so this will indeed be a Belgian built version.
