Without a better picture, the 1947 default model year is the only one that can be given to it. 1947-48 Chevrolet heavy-duty models were called Loadmaster, and the 4-digit 5xxx code was only used for the Chevrolet internal "chassis code" (5103 to 5703): as chassis + cab, this truck has a 5x03 internal code. And COE never was a model name, so it can't be given as more than a complement.
