License plate of the one on the left is MM 499, if that can be dated.

Hi,

MM is Middlesex County Council between may 1926 and December 1929. Therefore probably 1927.

The documentary is from 1926, so the car must be new (1926) at the time.

Here are some fairly educated guesses: -

the open car looks very like a Morris-Cowley two seater from the rear view.
the saloon car is definitely a Morris, you can see the 3/4 elliptic rear spring characteristic of these cars up to 1926.
the taller vehicle has what appears to be a hackney plate on the petrol tank and is probably a 12/14 Unic
the van on the right has no visible longitudinal springs and is therefore almost certainly a Ford Model T

MM registrations could have run from MM 1 to MM 9999 in the period of 3 1/2 years mentioned. That's about 240 cars per month on a linear scale, so MM 499 could have been issued in the third month after commencement, say August 1926. The car factories made a practise of closing production for two weeks in August during which time they introduced new models, so allowing for time in the garage to be made ready for sale it would be reasonable to speculate that the car is a 1926 model, and not a 1927, which had semi-elliptic rear springs and a flatnose radiator.

The registration on the Unic is, I think XW 7xxx.

If this is the case then that vehicle was registered between October 1924 and January 1925.

London taxi cabs were allowed to enter Hyde Park (as here) for the first time in 1924.
