I believe that their older ambulances were E-350's and not E-450's like what they use today. This is a real Los Angeles Fire Department (LAFD) ambulance in their older colors. I believe that their older ambulances were E-350's and not E-450's like what they use today. Definitely pre-2003, but I'll try to figure out if I can find an exact year for this ambulance.
