I'm not sure about a bigger model (15-Six). Compare /movie.php?id=75902 : 11Bs and BLs seem to have been favoured by the lesser nomenklatura. (How did this guy get the boot open?) |

This looks to me like a small BL. I found a pic of a Belgian built traction with thatspecific rear bumper. Also the taillights are different from French built Tractions. I'm not sure yet about the date. |
