Probably an Argentinean version of F-100. Looks like 1980/81 version, but I don't know if this extended to later model years at their market... |

Now I know that the Argentina continues to use the previous generation Ford F-100 until 1981 model year. Since there is no script at the bonnet, I would say locally assembled 1982-86 Ford F-100. |
