The colour is Blanc Paros AC 102. A very rare version by the way, I know only one surving 2cv of that precise type in Germany. you are right the car is a Belgian built 1964 (or maybe 1965)2CV AZ-A ("Standard") in an export version for Germany. The colour is Blanc Paros AC 102.
