1973+ T2b. I cannot say, if it's a Bus or a Transporter with windows and seats (as usual for Army- and other authority-VW Typ 2's). It seems, as the lamp-rings and the mirrors are painted and not chromated, so it's rather a Transporter. And the bumper is in the same colour than the car and not white. Otherwise: filmed in Mexico.
