I checked in a (1984) Guide Michelin 'Europe' and on Google Maps. It seems to be still there: just South of the Gamla Stan (which means old town, I guess) two bridges cross the locks between Riddarfjärden and Daltsjöm and lead to this (three quarter of a) clover leaf. Crossing Södermalmstorg / Skeppsbron and Katarinavägen.
