By the wrap around windscreen it is a Sports Convertible, so at least a 1962 Mk.II (inofficially called Mk.IIa) [BJ7]. |

The large distance between the top of the rear tire and the top of the wheelwell opening says it's a Phase 2 BJ8. The turn signal pod on the rear shroud also appears to be the larger size of the Phase 2 BJ8. Steve Byers BJ8 Registry Havelock, NC USA |

I agree with Steve. Hole for door handle would be push button type, and 60 spoke wheels. |
