whats the difference between a 91 and 96? |

1991's had black pillars. 1991-92's had skirted rear wheel wells(continued to 1996 for the station wagons). 1993-94's had open rear wheel wells. 1995-96's had the lower left corner of the quarter-windows behind the C-pillar cut off, just like the 1994-96 Impala SS's. -- Last edit: 2009-07-19 19:20:23 |

the rear wheel opening changed from a "skirt" style to an open one after '93 I think. |

There ought to be an on-line visual guide to the 1991-96 Caprices somewhere. |

And dashboard changed between 93 and 94 There was also a change for the door mirror, but I always forget if it is for 94 or 95 -- Last edit: 2009-07-20 10:23:23 |

The door mirror changed for the 1995 model year. Also, there's other smaller differences too, including a slight change with the grille and the tires/hubcaps. |

Change with the grille Are you sure? |

1993 was the first year that the grille on the Caprice had 'CHEVROLET' written on it at the top. 1991-1992 models did not have the name on them. It was more of a minor cosmetic addition, the grille itself didn't really change. |
