It's certainly a weird-looking truck. It's not a semi, it's a dump truck, but it's got those extra, smaller wheels just under the cab doors. |

Does Canada perhaps have weird regulations about axle weights? That's the usual reason for tag axles like this. |

From what I gather, extra steering axles are more common in Canada than in the US. But we have a few trucks like this here too. |
