edit: Motorbase.com refers to the Mk.III Cooper S lasting until 1971 despite the introduction of the flat-fronted Mini Clubman range in 1969. Could this be a 1970 Mini Cooper 'S' [ADO20]?

Not a works car. Agree 1970-71 Cooper S; probably RAC rally footage. Various private Minis competed in 1971-75 events, usually but not always with Clubman fronts.
