In the Aston Martin chase, Bond is pursued by Goldfinger's Chinese henchmen in 3 Mercedes, two black and one grey (which Oddjob rides in). ![]() ![]() At the first the two black ones chase one, Bond uses his smokescreen and oil stick to get rid of them, one crashes into a tree (but soon re-enters the chase) and the other drives off a cliff and explodes. ![]() |

why the orange headligts? |

Yellow, not orange. So I guess it is a French car despite the Swiss plate (maybe fake). |

I'm pretty sure that's a fake plate. ![]() |

I'm certain it is. The font is wrong and too large for a Swiss plate, and IIRC they don't have the national and canton's shields on the front plate. |

Until 1993 French law required yellow headlights http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Selective_yellow |

At least some of these cars are W120 180s or W121 190s not W180 220Ss - note the vents either side of the grille. I cannot sure that all of them are W120/121s due to the poor light and the overall similarity in design with a W180, however, I am certain that any car with those vents is a W120/121. |
