To me this is a 1947 Cadillac Series 62 Club Coupe (6207)

1949 Oldsmobile 98 DeLuxe Club Sedan.It is not a Cadillac : those had bullet shaped front fenders with a trim strip.Oldsmobiles had pontoon front fenders without trim strips in 1949.It appears the long 125 inch wheelbase of the series 98.
