The coachbuilders badge seems to say 2500.

Miesen makes way more sense in conjunction with the 2500 as well as the fact their model name 'Bonna' was mainly used on the German market and the '-line' designation used here. So forget about that contractor-thing - I think these were exported from Germany.

Edit: VBK Rescueline in this case (Miesen licence!).
