It's the old 40 Acres lot in Culver City, California. It was home to everything from "Gone With the Wind" to "Hogan's Heroes."

I just checked out both titles, and I didn't see them sharing a location.

I believe you, but Gone With the Wind doesn't have Culver City listed, and Hogan's Heroes has it listed twice.

Gone with the Wind has two entries for Culver City. Was "40 Acres" the former Selznick studio?

Yes, 40 Acres was the Selznick studio. Parts of Mayberry doubled as Atlanta in "Gone With the Wind" and the famous Atlanta train station even pops up on "The Andy Griffith Show." The mansion-looking office that itself was a trademark of the Selznick studios, was used as mansions in different episodes of "Gomer Pyle" and "The Andy Griffith Show." Not long ago I even found out that Aunt Pitty-Pat's house from "Gone With the Wind" was also the "haunted" house from an episode of "The Andy Griffith Show."
