Now I'm back for ending this work By the way, i've just checked my die-cast models catalogs, unfortunately I didn't find any thing matching with this car. The general shape is very italienish-style of the late 60's/early 70's...I thought about somewhat like Maserati Ghilbi, but it doesn't match at 100%

I knew it was Matra, I guessed it was a concept as it wasn't in any of my catalogues/year books or showing up on any regular searches on the net. From the general shape I thought as you did ...late 60's/early 70's, so it had to have been made around the time of this M530 ..and before the Bagheera came along.! Only you adding this car yesterday, reminded me I had an unidentified Matra in my diecast collection.
