Looks like the bumpers are of the old (plain) type, not yet the 1965+ ribbed ones, therefore 1962-1964. But the pic is a bit blurred. If the bumpers are the newer ones, then only 1965 (because of the side strip). |

The bumpers seems to be ribbed ones, and metallic colours fits well with a Major. I'd go for a 1965 Major then. |
