That's spelled "Willys," not "Willis." And I'm not sure if it's a CJ-2, or a repainted MB.

The front lamps are looking, if the were mounted in front and instead of the originals.

A German and/or Austrian movie from 1956, so I say, it's a left over WW II-Jeep or one of the Allied troops. As I know, the Jeep in its civil version wasn't officially available here.

Willys MB is correct. The smaller headlights were difficult to find in some locations and so the modification as seen here was not usual. Jeeps & jeeps were often highly modified to improvise. This vehicle has many of the characteristics of the WWII jeep: Grille, windshield, side handle, combat rims, full floater rear axle, and even the four bolts on the side under the passenger door opening for the radio box/ignition suppressor.
